Dear Andrew, I would like to try to put my thoughts of appreciation into words to somehow let you know how very much I appreciate the (smallish) renovation over this past 9 weeks. I would like to tell you that even though the aread for renovation wasn’t a large one probably not like the many larger projects that you have done in the past, that you conducted yourself in a most professional manner with respect you even made me feel like my Reno was “just as important” as the bigger ones. Andrew, in fact, by the end of the job I felt like I had been given the priority treatment that normally only larger dollar value jobs get. Fact is this is just the way you and your team of experts work! Fantastic! The team you hired to assist from the carpenters to the plumbers were on time and considerate of not only the noise factore to my neighbours but also factored in the possible disruption to car space...... Does this normally happen? I am, as you know, a single female, and found the task of decision making on the technical side confusing to say the least. You and your team made me very comfortable and kept me well informed. The job itself, which was the verandah turning into a larger loungeroom for me and then adding on the Perfect Alfresco outdoor area has made my life so much more enjoyable. The feeling of space with family and friends is now not a dream but my actuality! I would like the opportunity to at the very least offer this testament of my appreciation.
